These votes are private. As such, the person involved does not get to defend them self. When ever a vote is cast that takes an action against a person, it should be explained. This way, a negative vote is justified.

Since the vote is private, not only do we hold the responsibility of being judge, jury, and executioner, but of defense counsel as well. This is the only way to do this that is even remotely fair.

Thought I would bring this up to everyones attention !

Voted Yes because Spi has been playing here for at least 2 years and knows how our server works. If there is a probelm with Spi's play - then it needs to be resolved.

i vote yes what we have here is a player that has been on the server for a year or two and yet he continue's to FUCKIN BREAK THE RULES. :redflipoff:

He said I kicked him too soon the other day as I didn't warn him "enough" & that I should "be cool and stay calm" That after he backed up on me 2Xs! He obviously knew what he was doing and was laughing at it. Other players also thought so.

This vote was over Wednesday 9-21-11 and the result past due with a majority of 77% (10 to 2-1) in favor of teaching SPI to respect our clan, its members, and its server rules.

Therefore...

First admin to see this player, tell this player he/she is banned from the server for 30 days . Let him/her know if he/she ignores the 30 day ban it will become permanent. Tell him/her he needs to come to the forum if he has a problem with the ban.
