In reading the thread in the complaints area of the forum regarding LifeT@ker, I thought of a suggestion.
How about in continuing this thread and with others, we act a bit more civil? I understand that some of you may have some strong feelings, but we could take the high ground and show some of these idiots that we are above them by not sinking to their level.
As well, once you actually start talking to someone there is a real chance to open a meaningful dialog, and albeit a slim one, a chance to turn the person around. It is a lot harder to fuck with someone you know (except in Abby's case!!).
Let's show the rest of the world that Clan {DOU} is a class outfit.
If the other person proves to be unreceptive to us, then we can then lambaste them. But giving the other person an opportunity to talk to us in an un-hostile environment should be our first goal.

How many years are we to do this with each person?
Seems to me that banning him actually got his attention since kicking him multiple times and asking him for years to camp and to please follow our rules didn't.
So we say we give each person two years or so to comply?

Perhaps we should have a vote.
I Think Tommy means that we kick their asses more respectfully. Let’s show them we are more classy and stand above them. On the other hand people might get pissed off more when we stay stable while they are winding up themselves. That way we score just both ways. 
I've been asking players to "PLEASE stop running and camp", common responces are Pffff & lol.
PS: I do say Goodbye be before I boot them.

I think he was referring to the forum. And I also agree with Tommy. Forum posts as well as in-game situations can be handled w/o the nasty dramatics. You can be firm and polite.

I agree here, we can be nasty in private forum areas but when one on these players comes to debate why they have been kicked/banned we should restrain our anger and stick to the facts.
If they start getting lippy then we can unload on them

That person must be a very patient, kind, attentive to address the problem, able to listen without getting angry..., gentle and well mannered..., open minded, judicious and wise...
Friendly, helpful and sympathetic...
