TDM behaviour during DM

I really dont see that much of a problem here me and tommy do it all the time long before the tdm version went online..

I didn't know that but if that's the case it needs to be struck from the rules. I'm not going to enforce something like that if we're not going to follow it ourselves.

Cant say i ever seen it in the server rules and i also mean play like that in one or two maps here and there not every map.

Don't think that many team up on most maps unless a "problem" player is on line then it can be fun to do it to them...

I don't think it should be actively encouraged but in a map now and then i don't see any problem...

I have told players that were guests not to team up in the past. If it's not a rule I think it should be. I have been in Vent a few times when we purposely targeted Jerry's kid or some other a-hole to teach them a lesson, but I think in general it goes against the spirit of fair play. Like Cyg says, if you want to team-up vote for a TDM map.

The team rule can be found in the sniper server part of the forum. The link at the top of the forum hasn't been updated for some time now.

I'm not talking about teaming up to deal with problem players. I have no problem with that when it's needed.

Are you talking about Mimetic and lovely? She always wants the secrets or redeemer spots and so does he, they have been teaming a lot lately because if he kills her she gets all upset. I even mentioned it to him when she wasn't on and he said he just doesn't want to listen to her complaining when he kills her all the time. It sucks though for everyone else because they take the high spots on a map and then kill everyone but each other. I've told them that the point isn't to not kill people. I have been thinking next time I saw that I would tell them they may get kicked since it's not TDM. She won't vote for the TDM version of small maps, always wants the DM version with 18 people on. Lately they love "the pond" and it's fucking horrible having those 2 in the secret and hearing her bitch she's being assaulted. Wow with so many people on I wonder why?

I have though sometimes avoided a kill I could have because I thought it was unfair, but not often. I hate assaulting someone even by accident, but when you come up an elevator or a teleport sometimes shit happens. And of course we mention where people are in vent, but that's just more amusing. I can even see cooperating in a certain spot if 2 people end up there like DM said, just not every single map like I described above.
