Thatoneguy was in & constantly ran. All he did was R & G and he never answered. I saw him close kill 3 players & just keep running. I warned him his 3 times & booted him. He was not gonna stop.

No need to warn them three times when they're breaking the rules that obvious. Just tell them to go read our server rules and that you're gonna kick them for one game, so they can.
When I played on other server, the admin has kicked unruly players without any warning.
