Not often I agree with Bison... But his name was no cause for kicking IMO. Actions on the server of course are always good cause for kicking.

Yes, we do not restrict adult content of this type on the server. This has been policy from day one. If you can handle shooting virtual players in the head, then you can handle a little adult talk as well.

The spirit of the word / statement decides the action. For example if someone says "how the fuck ya doin'?," I have no problem with that. However, if someone says, "Go fuck yourself asshole," they should be shown the door.

Sexual type stuff is a different story. If someone starts getting too friendly with a kid, show 'em out quickly. That sort of thing. Even not kid type stuff, someone gets too inappropriate, out they go. Never had occasion so far though.

Ive only asked a couple people I can think of to get a name change and it was for a racist name and one that was meant to make trouble to the clan/guests

The bottom line is his poor attitude toward Clan DOU members and other players and his use of foul language to them. His attitude was not conciliatory but combative. The foul language and disrespect to Clan DOU members was enough for the kick.
