Well if he doesn't start paying attention to all the rules he's breaking soon he will have to learn how to speak ban

After re-reading this forum and seeing what's been added, I'd vote for a 30-day ban on him. I'll try to be nice to people by attempting to translate in-game communication into their native language to accommodate ONLY IF IT'S WORTH IT. It seems that we are now past that point. Seeing that he's been kicked 3 times in a 4-day period. I think that it's on him to learn the rules of the server, it's not on us to teach him the rules time and time again.

Yes. He assaulted me today on Infinity North. I'm done with him now. My take is that he knows the rules and doesn't care.
I spectated him in a map earlier today and he was a model guest which leads me to believe he saw me come in and was being good for my sake.
