I used to have a lot of fun games with him, but I haven't played with him lately. I'll hope the 30 day ban will bring the old Tino Rossi back.
He was completely unresponsive the other night when I was trying to talk with him. Maybe this will change his behavior. If not it's no loss.

ON THE OTHER HAND HE ADMITTED CLEARLY TO ME THAT HE UNDERSTANDS VERY WELL THE ENGLISH...

Just kidding. Kicked him for running, assault and for being an asshole. He and Mad spawned close and she went to leave so he shot her in the back. I said well your about to get a 30 days ban and he said "yes lol"
And he came right back.

Tell him he is banned for 30 days and needs to come to the forum at the end of the ban if he wants to come back, then ban him.
Post in the Complaint Dept like this .... Tino Rossi 30day ban 6-__-10. In the post include the ip
That way it will show in the forum topics and will be easy to find, not to mention it will let us know when his ban started at a glance.
After 30 days, move the thread to the hall of shame.

Just saw him on the server. I got in and told him that he has been banned. His only reaction was: "Why?"
Told him to visit our forum and that he was banned untill he made a post. Tried to kickvote him out of the game with some help from our recruits and some guests, but there where to few to kickvote him. I aint got no kicking abilities, so I only could write in Capitals that he wasn't welcome at our server.
He didn't left and is still at the server.
