The entire block of I.P.'s that 74.115.1.23 is part of is now blackholed. Let me know of any problems or jumped nets.

Took this quote of the complaint department. I feel sorry for Underdog because I always have fair games with him and I know him for a long time now, but I would call it collateral damage at this point. The behaviour of Tapout is reason enough to keep the ban on.
And the I.P. is of a commercial proxy server as well.
Tell him to connect via normal methods.

Underdog never uses proxys, he normally plays from his IP: 66.189.166.205
This is not the same that was blackholed...
On the other hand Underdog have an old account.(Account 380)

That's OK but usually people does not change their accounts names, and on the other hand I believe TapouT does not know his father have and old account in our forum...
Probably the true Underdog would use Ventrilo or send PMs to talk with mAmA, Cyg or Tommy. I do not believe he use the public forum...

I kinda agree with RMAD. Why would he make a new username on the forum? What is the email attached to both those? If he lost his original name some reason he would have probably used the same email to register a new one. I bet she's right and it's tapout trying to get around it.

FYI ALL: TKK Underdog spoke with DM, Nuker, Concrete, Lovehate, and I on vent before the post went up. He presented the problem he stated in his post to us and DM asked him to post in the Complaint Dept. I THINK Underdog said that if we let HIM back in, he would try to make sure Tapout wouldn't come on the server.
If anyone in vent at the time heard something different, please correct me.
