This person was revenge killing today and has been a known spawn-killer in the past. Also whines when deemers are used.

Not sure on the revenge killing deal but I have know him to spawn kill.
I have noticed a couple of revenge kills, but have not seen him be anything but courteous when I was around.

Ditto, I think we should direct him to the server rules, a lot of times people pop into a new server without checking their rules.
If that dosn't work some form of suspension. I think he will comply, he visits often and is usually friendly, in other words he likes it here.
I will speak to him if I see him.
