This guy was running toooooo much. He also did not respond when I tried to talk to him and ask him to stop his improper behavior.
The final straw was when he got to the same spot as another player and did not leave. I asked him and then told him to leave many times and then it was time to kick him...so I did. He came onto TS3 and said he did not realize that anyone was talking to him. He seemed really apologetic. I don't think we will have any more problems from him,
but as REAGAN said"Trust, but verify".
