Even if we can't establish that Walter is Bostero beyond a reasonable doubt we can still ban Walter for breaking the server rules.

List your incidents here in this thread, make sure to warn Walter about breaking the rules.

I have kicked him several times for breaking all the rules and even banned him once since we all know its bostero. He was back the next night as I suspected. I said ok walt I know your Bostero and he jumped off right away
