Dylan and I were in Vent spectating this guy today at about 10pm EST. Dosn't control his player well at all but boy can he shoot. As a matter of fact he shot several people hiding in secrets in "Ribiera" with a single shot and one of them was wave.

This guy is running radar for sure. Dylan, wave and I agree.

On that map, in 16bit mode you can see into the secret areas as though the wall textures weren't even there. Not that I am saying he wasn't cheating, but that in itself is not proof.

I had forgotten how Omega used to shoot me up top in big bedroom till one day he told me about running 16 bit. It is a possibiltity. However, there were many other instances where he seemed to point and shoot as if he knew exactly where someone was. We had wathched him through an entire map and he did look very suspicious. He would look toward stairwells before someone would enter the room. I suppose he could have heard them. This was the first one of the guys you spectated T, I was under the impression that you were thinking the same on this one.

At the very least he should be watched. You might want to check his IP to see if he's played here under any other names. I know you've got upteen number of people ahead of him but when you can.

When running 16 bit it has been my experience that I can see into some secrets.

By no means could I see into all of them. The false walls would flicker on and off depending on where I was in the map. Sometimes they would fade in and out just by turning my view.

This guy does seem to "know" more than meets the eye from the description.

Also, the spectator should be able to hear as much as spectated does so if he reacts to approaching players before they appear I would be extremely suspicious.

About shooting someone in Ribeira with one shot... well, I did it a couple because of the range shown in the xhair. It's easy to see if someone cuts the distance being between you and the wall behind him !

Take care with this. You don't need radar to know where someone is behin a secret wall !!
