Whipass trans dropping

Just played a quick one-on-one game with Whipass. Found his trans laying in the street, shot it, then proceeded to hunt him down with a deemer. Found him on top of a building and watched him go splat right in front of me while trying to get away. I nicely called him on it, he wasn't being a dick otherwise. Just thought I'd throw it out there in the event there's been a history of it. I don't recall having any past problems with him.
