That rule was written before we added the "No Close Kill: mod which does not allow two players to battle it out close range if one stumbles on another.
Still, there is a big difference between stumbling onto another player and hunting for players. The rule also points that out.
"4) No Assaulting - Do not rush another players position to shoot them, kill from a distance. Sometimes you will enter an occupied room accidently and have to fight for your life, we understand this. If you do it over and over, you are assaulting and will be dealt with. "
I guess he's been dealt with 😆
I will modify the rule to avoid future missunderstandings.

Calling Grub a nazi is very, very low. Put him on the KOS list for that.
It's an insult to a respectfull member and an Admin.
A very disrespectful and childish response, which makes me question his age.
The majority of the time when things like this get said it's an angry teen.
His age still doesn't make it allright to insult an admin that way.

Friday night at about 11:45pm... Wolfgang is still up to no good... he was close to me and tried to shoot me at every possible angle and when he was far enough I tried to annoy him by getting close enough to him so he couldn't shoot me and after he finally fragged me I said that he was told about that.
He has never learned, Ban his ass!

I like dots and commas too, thanks to them can I control my breathing during reading. Dot - deep, comma - shallow.
