This guy was in close quarters with {DOU}2big2handle. I was spectating X-Pro and saw this happen. The 2 players saw each other and backed away from each other and as {DOU}2Big2handle was leaving X-Pro shot him in the back almost a fill second after he turned to leave. I told X-pro why I was kicking him and did so. X-Pro came back and complained to me about the kick 1-2 maps later. I again explained why he was kicked. He said {DOU}2Big2Handle "ran into his billets". Well after I finished laughing I stuck by my kick and still do. {DOU}2big2handle was polite but very mad and, while I was getting X-pro's info, voted to kick him. Once I was sure of the info I explained the reason for it and kicked X-Pro.

I actually saw him shoot a Clan DOU member in the back after he attempted to leave as per our rules. X-Pro gave every indication that he was gonna let him go. X-Pro then blames the Clan DOU member because "he ran into my bullets". I believe that was just so blatantly dirty he deserved what he got. I did not wish to have "bad form" I just wanted to protect a player who is also a Clan DOU member.

I agree it was a shitty thing for him to do but most of us admin have always made it a standing point to give people at least three warnings. Sure I would have been on the guys case hardcore but I would have continued to watch him and when he got his 3rd warning for continued bullshit then he would have got the boot.
Its also a standing rule that 3 warnings be given just in case its bad timing on the admins side to see two 'mistakes' being made that if seen in full would not be called....
