Aint going to be able to ban him, too many Ip's. At best kick on site. Could ban a range but others may take a hit as well.

Voted for a ban, but I'll have to agree with Bison here. Only kicking him on sight did caught his attention.
voted ban or KOS ..he just does not want to play here by the rules.
I haven't played much of late but he's been a problem for a long time. The server is more fun without people who can't, or won't, follow the rules.
