Usually I do not have problems with SCAY because he gives me a polite treatment (he is well educated with me, but probably is more rude with the guys...)

On the other hand I have no problems to say what I am thinking...

I just sent this to SCAY via Yahoo Chat, he wasn't there but will get the message when he logs in.

"Hi Scay, I wanted to let you know there has been complaints coming in regarding the way you have been playing on our server of late and not by just one person. I've seen a few chat logs of conversations you have had with various guests recently and it appears you are not very happy with our server or the way that it is run. That's ok, no one says you have to like everything we do but if you continue doing what you are doing you will be banned. I thought I would tell you out of courtesy just in case it means anything to you. If not, do as you like."

SCAY: thank you for courtesy.i have only done things the same way abber,evil and some more of your members has done.

Scay: yesterday or the day before when i was playing,a member of dou complained about me shooting because he did not shoot first.i believe that is not a rule it is just courtesy of players.and i have never had that kind of experience at your server so i dont show courtesy.

SCAY: it is as you said your server,i only play there sometimes when i want to play and when your server is busier than any other.

SCAY: and other than abber complaining a guy zjohns or hatever his name was also complained about me and a map before that1 he was in arguement with another guest for same reason he was complaining...

I can't say I disagree with him regarding courtesy. It's nice when people show it to one another on the server but it is not a requirement to play here.

He forgot to mention all the assaults on other players he did. When I called him on I didnt shoot back was when he knew I was at the top of the train station on NYA Train Station yet he transed up and assaulted me out of the spot anyway. Then he did the same thing to several people to get the spot back after being killed. Before that on AKA Kitchen every time I would spawn below him he would wait until I had finished spawning and drop down in front of me or behind me and kill me. I watched as he did that to a bunch of people. Hell JD killed him off the fridge so right away he transed all the way across the map and onto the fridge to get the guy right back.

But all that on top of the other nick names he has been kicked as just proves he doesnt give a shit about our rules

I didn't really expect him to confess and I'm sure he's breaking server rules, I've played with him before myself. I was giving him credit for his point that's all. He's not obligated to extend courtesy to anyone here, no one is.

He knows we are watching and has been put on notice, keep an eye on him, the balls in his court. Document any problem you have/see with a screen shot if possible. He next violation will cost him a 30 day ban.

I say with his recent bullshit accusations in the noshadow thread that his next infraction of any kind earns him a kick-ban. And extend it to the forum too while we're at it. Tired of that bullshitter.

I'd also like to add IMO he's eyes and ears for Mimetic. I think those two are tight.

BTW I thought I had his IP on my list. I'd like a copy of it if anyone still has it.

76.23.78.64 was the one I had but I think he has since changed it. Someone with the forum IP could probably tell us 😉

I agree Cyg, they were always coming in from the ZSZ server together. When you watch scay he is either using the same aimbot as mimetic or using behindview. He votes every time for NYA train station and then when he gets it he transes all across the map to the tower, assaults anyone that has the top already to get it. Then he darts out and shoots people without looking, so he either has the aimbot or uses behindview to see over the edge. Either way he's a prick.

My point being either he cheats or he uses a command that is part of the game.. Just like the shadow command. 😆

Why wait?

Why not just ban him now from the forum and the server?

We have his ip matched to several jokers we kicked for causing trouble, isn't that enough?
