I thought one from your fishing trip with your father...
That would be cool... π
Another idea that we used to do with {SUF} maps is we put peoples forum signatures all over the map.I have a couple different ones in some of the maps
just another idea...

Good Idea. I believe I'll put some signatures or avatars from those that are shy, and that do not dare to send their photos...
Anyway, the bathroom would be the best place to put those pics...

I agree with Bison (actually hurts to say that) that Gut is not a friendly.

Noted.
OK some Map ideas:
a Greenhouse. Very dense foliage. Possibly 4 of them converging in the middle. Catwalks everywhere to walk on.
Strip Club. GZ started one. Maybe use Borus Irish pub for size and basic furniture.
Pm me if anything intrigues you and I can explain more. I'll reply again if I think of something original.
Here's another idea for you R-Mad.
I like the idea of randomness of not knowing where a teleporter will take a player - seems to even players' knowledge between those that know a map and those that don't. To help solve this, I came up with this idea:
Picture a circular room about 15m in diameter. Whenever a player goes through a teleporter in the playing area (where players are shooting each other) they would arrive in the middle of this circular room. With a design similar to a rotating wagon wheel, the player arrives in the middle to see 8,12 or whatever number of teleporters rotating against the outside wall of that room. This insures that a player never knows what teleporter they will go into and thus where they will end up on the map. The rotating wall should have no distinguishing features so a player can't tell where they are going back to the playing area ensuring randomness.
Maybe pick one of the teleporters (if there's a lot of them) that gets the player to the very best spot on the map - you got lucky. If that's used, I would pick 3 of them that drop you from the highest point of the map and the player falls straight down to an untimely death (or some other method of killing that player). Risk = Reward.
Regardless, It may add another little twist to the game.
Just a thought.
Great idea Mr_U, but - as I know the life - randomness quickly becomes predictable :gib:
