I notice all of the cool banners that some of you and a lot of other clans have and I wonder how they make them. I would LOVE to do this. Can anyone point me to a good website that will instruct me on making these? I am talking about the ones people use for their signatures. Like mine with the evil eyes. I just want something better. I also like yO mAmA's gif. I WANNA BE ABLE TO DO THIS!
