For those of you who do not have or only have a cache cleaner for UT 99 here's one that will do the job for not only UT 99 But also 2k3 and 2k4.
I have only used it as a cache cleaner it does have other features but have never tried them so have no idea if they work or not,
Once installed and you open it you should get 3 boxes inside a main window 'server query' 'map manager' and 'cache manager' its the cache manager window/box you want to click on and use.
If you have any questions let me know and will try to answer them D.M.
Thx to tommy for hosting this

After I ran it I got a version mismatch on almost every file in my UT Systems folder. I had to delete and reinstall them all. Any idea why that would happen?
