CWAT LADDER

Starting a new FN Ladder that is allot like US/EURO with some changes we fell will make it for a better experience.

I quick run down on some rule changes.

1. This is a 6vs6 ladder but in the event a team only has 5 or 4 players the other team is still obligated to play. 3 or less will end in either reschedule or forfeit though.

2. Illegal Camping is now grouped together so teams can't do a number of penalties throught out match with just warnigs for each. Ex: Camping in a texture you would receive a Warning, Elevator Camping -1 frag. See Details of rules in above link for more info on which one's are grouped together.

3. All Assaults are -3 now. There will be no more Warning or ill gotten frag issues.
