Fix For Sound Problem

If you use Team Speak while playing UT99 and have a problem with the game sound, kinda like crackling when you have a loose connection, here is the fix for that.

Open up your UnrealTournament.ini file and find the following section:

[Galaxy.GalaxyAudioSubsystem]

UseDirectSound=True

UseFilter=True

UseSurround=False

UseStereo=True

UseCDMusic=False

UseDigitalMusic=True

UseSpatial=False

UseReverb=True

Use3dHardware=False

LowSoundQuality=False

ReverseStereo=False

Latency=40

OutputRate=22050Hz

EffectsChannels=16

DopplerSpeed=9000.000000

MusicVolume=0

SoundVolume=192

AmbientFactor=0.700000

Look for this line right at the top of that section:

UseDirectSound=True

Change the word True to False. Then the problem will be gone.
