I fixed a few things this early afternoon.
First, the map vote was adjusted and should now realize that there is a tie and wait for that to finish before coming up. Let me know if something other than what is expected happens.
Also, I removed the team speak message replacing it with our Ventrilo information.

Thats cool Tommy, I'm still having trouble with Ventrilo. It's telling me it can't connect. I think I have it set right. P.S. check out these numbers on speed net.
Regarding Ventrilo, I will ask Pebcak to PM you. He is our go-to guy for this sort of problem.
Regarding the speed scores, who you been blowing? 😮
