Hmm.

My personal fav is Viridian Tourney, but if the turnout is good, then it will be TOUGH to handle.

IF we can fill the server up, then I think that any larger map will be fine.

Also, as you could see tonight, I love the Deck 16 type maps

OK, The sixth it will be. I will start to prep SRA and maybe they will show up this time! Grrrr. Many more said they show than did. That is the past. Now lets line up this new round and get it straight fast. I really don't think maps are an issue not to mention adding anthing adds chances of errors stoping the game.

Tommy, print this. If it were me, I would leave map vote on to support tons of maps but on the day of the tourney, early that day, set it to not replay a map for 30 maps. Then set it to not allow votes but to randomly pick the next map. That is fair. No one has a choice and it is purely random which map will paly next. At whatever time the tourney is supposed to start, shut down and reboot the server right then. When the tourney runs, take snapshots at the end of each round of the scoreboard for stats if people actually want them. Lets fix all of the download issues before then.

That is really about all I would do different. I strongly feel a regular weekly tourney set up just as I mentioned will put this server at the top of the list of everyone's favorites but it will take a little time with some proper advertising. Lets do this! This is good and you will see that this will grow weekly. I advertised this on my server all day but will be glad to daily. I'll turn off CG on our settled night which should be about a 2 hour tourney on Friday or Saturday nights IMHO. Give some feedback! You are the host, it is all up to you.

I got work friday night for 5 hours . It same time 6 to 10 central time. I can make at 9:20 time I get from work and computer on.If Sat night doubt it .It's New Years eve. I had fun play with DOU Clan. It look old time very good players.

It was a first for me. Had a blast and will be there on the 6th.

To those of ya brothers and sister. Who didn't demeer much before.... you rocked... I didn't play as good as that for months, maybe more... Ya did the clan proud . All of ya Demons brought chaos and death from the Underworld! They will smell the stench of burnt flesh stinging there nostrils for some time.....

Thanks for all the GG's SRA. If I was keepin score I think durring the time I was there ya guys took top spot 2 many times...However it was well deserved. You played with grace and style as always. The results durring that time say it all.

I agree ! It was that way on some old Bigi's tourneys and it better than no one choses his fav !

Otherwise, I'll surely have to move to come and cook for Tommy and to kick some more asses with a true ping and no lag !!!! (I know you just can't imagine how that's a pain in the ass to see others for a fraction of second and then turn in the air for 4 or 5 looooong seconds and shoot a deemer and have the feeling it's running into a kind of heavy marmelade...!!!!

Like a nightmare : you want to run and you can't... All is slow and heavy !... THE word = nightmare !

I agree with Hermskii's suggestion of making the map selection random and run at least 30 maps without a repeat.

As for this being a weekly event, That would be nice but we will need several people who can host it because I know I will not be able to make this event on a regular basis. (I'm looking at getting job #2 real soon and at the moment I have no idea as to what impact it will have on my schedule.)

I also am in favor of rotating the days of the week that this event will be held so more people can participate. As to what the dates and times should be.....express yourselves and we'll go with the most poplar suggestions.
