Please report general server problems here. If something isn't working right, or a map fails to load, or anything like this, please report it and we will fix it ASAP.
When reporting a problem, pleas include as much information about it as possible.

Ok, since my dump and re-install I now have a problem with the bots sliding instead of walking/running and everything I hear a bot say has to do with team play? wtf is up now?

I think I have a problem with UTDC on the ut99 sniper server. I just got a laptop with windows vista 64 bit. UT runs excellent except on my favorite sniper server... Haha! I was wondering if someone could actually update UTDC to a later version since UTDC 1.8 crashes all 64 bit systems, from what I understand anyway...
Basically what happens is that I can join the server but as soon as UTDC starts its scan, UT completely freezes.
maybe someone knows of a fix outside of upgrading the server? I know its a lot to ask but I really love this server.

Aha, I knew it wasn't just mine having trouble...

UTDC 1.8 memory scan causes 64 bit systems to freeze. They fix this problem in version 2.0 and 2.1 but the problems that these versions have can sometimes be worse.

I guess I will have to keep using my old computer for UT. Its all good, its kinda difficult to play UT on a laptop anyway... 😀
