Checked it out on Game Tracker. It says it's dead.

It's appeared active to you before when it wasn't and maybe to DM too.

Is this server on a different network than the others? Sniper, practice and X-loc all show up and running.

No, I am just an idiot. For some reason I mis-read and thought you guys were talking about the sniper server.

This server was in fact down. I have just re-started it.
