Been giving this some thought. When we had it before, it was mainly for up close and personal action when trying to get to a favorite camping spot. But it was abused too much by those who would rather run-n-gun than camp.
I think the gun could still be useful if the ammo we started it with were reduced to 50 or 100 rounds. That would give you enough to dispatch one or two opponents on your way to your favorite hiding spot and not give enough to those who would only abuse it as before.
I'm suggesting that the Uzi be re-introduced with a smaller ammo capacity. If it works out this time, fine. If not, we can always pull it again.
I'm putting up a poll to see what everyone thinks on the subject. You'll have five choices so read them over carefully.

I prefer 100 rounds without being able to replenish with ammo packs. Some maps have more ammo pack lying about than others and some could use them to run-n-gun. Besides, if you can't get to where you're going with 100 rounds, you don't deserve any more ammo.

This was brought up b4 ( The almighty uzi ) On a free for all server it would be sweet. I would say as little ammo as possible on a sniper server. Other true snipers/campers probably wont like it at all.
I don't like it, and never will. It just causes R & G. If I wanted R & G, I would not be here.

I want to change my vote from the first one to no uzi, If we bring and uzi to the server it wont be a camping server anymore, and all those run and gun noobies would take over. I (not paying attention) though it was for the deemer server not the camping server. 😉

I think adding an Uzi to the Camping server is like taking the ak47 away from a jail break server (or atleast the ones I play at). It will be no fun anymore, and the people who like to sit and camp will be getting killed by the ones who will be running around with the uzi. It defeats the purpose of being a sniping server.

No uzi. That defeats the purpose of this being a sniper server. Besides, the sniper rifles are fully automatic, so just use that when you're trying to get somewhere.
