Unreal Tournament 2007

I'm too poor for a new system. I'm stuck w/ this HP XE783 for awhile.

Looks like a fun game though.

Nah, I've got almost all the games I can handle now. I don't need an excuse to spend MORE time on the computer! I'll probably pass on it when it comes out.

I saw a lil somethin somethin on tv flippin thru lookin for something to watch when I caught the ending of a segment on a game called Gears of War or something like that...It looked awesome! No for real big time awesome!...Not sure if it was for one of the game systems or pc....but it was the best I've seen yet. They ran the game in real time not some rendered clip....but the thing that caught my eye the most is that Cliffy B was there on the show tellin the hosts about it. I guess he had something to do with its development....I'm not sure if he is still with the UT 2007 project...but if he is...You will get it and the system to run it if needed I'm sure. Thats how good it looks. Wait and see on actual performance...but its gotta be ass kickin good I bet.

Dunno where you all where at when the original Unreal came out...but the game in post above blew me away like Unreal did for the first time...Infact I thought the graphics in Unreal looked so intense compared to UT. to me Unreal had so much more detail while UT looks a lil more cartoony. I played Unreal till I killed it (finished it). sittin in a dark room with the sound turned up...At times I got real adernalin rushes and jumped in my seat when I got ambushed by a Skarjj in a scene that was quite and tranquil on a map...If you never played Unreal...You missed out on a game revolution...and I played most of em.....Doom, Duke Nukem, Quake, Rainbow Six series, Hexen just to name a few...Most of them Kool must play games....Unreal surpassed them all in that era. Of course as far as MultiPlayer game goes Unreal was eh ok with co-ops and all...UT and othere are better for net response, lag, playability etc...However as far as FPS games go...It set a huge gap in the benchmark back then. Wow I'm that pumped now on this.....gotta 420 and cool off 🙂

Oh if anyone plays games like Age of empires, StarCraft, WarCraft etc...You should check out an old title called Dungeon Keeper2 by BullFrog games I think. The theme was to destroy the Good Guys (Kights and lords of the realm) and rival dungeon keepers for total domination and persuit of pure evil. You could even capture your enemies put them in a jail cell and let them starve. Drop food in the jail cell and watch the starving fight till the death over it. Also if ya starved em long enough you'd get there gold and they turn into skeletons which joined your horde to fight your enemies. If thats not all...You could even build torture chambers and thow the captured in there. if they died they would give up gold and information about the enemy. If they lived they became loyal fighters to your cause. I was into Diablo2, WarCraft2 and Age of Emipers2 at the time and dropped em lol. DK2 rocked and was twisted...best thing unlike the other games in this class at the time you could take possesion of one your horde and play it in FPS mode. Runnin around killin and explorin the map in 3D. That was kool cause it was all under ground maps, not too graphic intense but still so cool to do...It was a kool thing compared to the other war clones out. They said a DK3 was to come out...but I guess all these years they never bothered 🙁 too bad cause this game was sick and twisted the way a true Dou Demon could love
