I must have missed a thread where someone complained of a window poping up with all kinds of gobbledegook...
With some errors can be common which you might forget it may just be what you have to work with in the first place...
Of course theese don't tell simply what is wrong but it may give some clue of what happened... like running the wrong graphics driver for your video card...
If you've got an on-board video chip and the manufacturer is VIA try using the S3 Metal driver rather than using the software mode or DirectX...

Unfortunately it seems that there are many maps that generate this kind of problems.
Oh, that particular error is common. Notice in the fifth line of the first picture, where is says MassiveBedroom warhead launcher?
Your warhead was not ready for launch in the massive bedroom.
A little Viagra should take care of this error.
