You where more than welcome to come and join us on TS and even come into game and spectate, i did, a player dropped out so i went in to ref for a game, and personaly i never saw anything other than excessive movement from some of the players who dont play very much, im not saying that nothing else went on. The first match was all over the place more most people, Alot where getting used to the game again and the No close kill mod is not on the tourny server which again people where getting used too. From what i gather from speaking to the other people who where in the game at the time cutter was kicked he came into a spot which was occupied he shot, and was killed, Text book attemp at assault, He then came straight back to try and assault that player and get a revenge kill, From what i heard that it what happened, i cannot say 100% as i was else where on the map and didnt see it happen.
I don't need to fish for anything. I already know what happened.
I just wanted to see if the person who was dishing it out but couldn't take it would step up and own up to it.
It went the way I figured it would.

ooopsss!!! I missed something? Everything because of these time differences. I thought that the Tournament is today. Unfortunately I was at work on Saturday and I probably overworked myself.

He came into TS while we were playing on a server so I couldn't see who it was. Add to that the fact that Cutter played without a mic, it is not reasonable that I should have assumed it was him.
He came in and said "Can I get an explanation?" I replied, "about what?" Then he disconnected. This happened twice. I had no idea who it was or what it was about. Cutter has not been on TS much in the past so I did not recognize his voice.

Yes and no.
It is not O.K. for anyone to be playing like that. There was a problem with way too much assaulting going on from everyone during that tournament. As DOU we are supposed to be enforcing the rules but instead we cannot even play by them ourselves. There is going to be some discussion in TS before the next DOU Vs. DOU. Pretty much if members can't play by the rules they will get a warning or two, and if that doesn't solve the issue they will get kicked and removed from that tourney. If that ruffles their feathers and they don't want to play anymore, then sobeit.
That said, he is what happened. We were playing Savage and Son. I made it to the top of the closet first. At that point, person after person came through that teleporter to attempt to assault me out of there. After the first person they all knew I was there (if they didn't before then) since they were a team in team speak. I make no apologies for focusing on that teleporter since it was a constant assault on me. Cutter came through and I fragged him. He then came through again and got around me by jumping through the tele, and then fragged me. TBH, it was a case of the straw that broke the camels back. It was unfortunate the was the one when that happened and got kicked. But understand, he was by no means innocent. He was assaulting. Also, he was the first person to get kicked, but not the last. 2 others were kicked before all was said and done.
Nobody was banned. It was a slap on the wrist to get his attention (as with the others). He could have come back next map. Instead this fucking post happened and now we have drama again. Regardless, that's what happened.

What the fuck is this supposed to mean? I'll own up to the kick but the rest of your statement is just ridiculous.
If it were one of Dylans kids that did the exact same thing, you would have kicked.
