We had our first DOU vs DOU tournament today. With the exception of a few minor glitches and miscommunication problems everything went very well.
There were three very well played matches. Teams were divided evenly and play commenced.
In the first match Red team got off to a quick start. Blue team came back with a flurry of kills to win the well played match.
The second match was started quickly by blue team which had gained the high ground advantage and took control. Red team fought valiantly to get the high ground. Then, having gained the high ground, Red team proceeded to launch a relentless redeemer attack to win the match.
The third match was a well fought strategic battle with no one gaining the advantage. At the expiration of time both teams had fought to a well deserved tie.
We all had a great time and look forward to the next one!
It’s a shame that some of you missed this event. We realy had a blast!! 🙂
Yes, I came close to missing this and now i'm really glad I didn't. Funny that when in a competition there wasn't much running around. We really had to find our prey.
