We will be having a meeting in Team Speak On January 14th, at 2PM EST. Recruits will NOT be invited to attend.
This is our first ever clan meeting so it may be a bit disorganized. It will be a valuable learning experience however and I suspect we will find our groove quickly.
I have a short list of things to be discussed. If anyone else would like something to be discusseed feel free to send me a PM. You will also get a chance to bring anything up during the meeting.
Even if you do not have a mic, you may use team speak to attend and just listen in. This is highly encouraged. On that note, nobody is required to attend. But if you never attend meetings then don't bitch that the clan is doing something that you don't like or were unaware of. With that said, I will ask someone to record the meeting for those who missed it.
To get information on Team Speak itself go to our Team Speak area on these forums. The password for the channel will be: doumeet
After the meeting there will be refreshments served in the TS Lobby.
Also, at 3PM Charger will he holding a DOU Vs. DOU tourney. Please stick around and play with us, It is a 3 map team event.

I will take the lead during the meeting, but everyone who wish to talk may do so. Please be mindful of other people when they are talking, everybody will get a chance to speak.

If you don't have a mic, come in and listen. You can also type to the bottom of the TS client by right-clicking on the room name and selecting send to channel. Since I will be focused on the meeting alone, I will see all typed messages.

Minutes of the Meeting
Recruits: No Problem so far.
Ladder matches:
• Need more people to play
• If enough people sign up, there is a possible formation of two teams (European squad and an American squad)
• Ends in March and a New one (point based) starts in May.
Clan Matches
• Sniping/Camper Clans only! No more Freestyle Clans
• Demos will be used.
Demos
• Chicken will learn demos and be our 'Expert'
• Make in to move ---> Possible Recruit Demo.
Redeemer Matches
• Darkmatter is in charge of organizing them
• Who wants them? What time?
• Strict with date and time, not a lot of time/day changes
Future
• Happy with amount of members, more could be active
• Maybe a UT 2K4 server later on this year
