Funny... I don't think there's a MAC version out there yet...
Maybe that's the reason why we don't have the UT2K4 Server just yet...
I picked up 2 copies in hopes that there will be an Clan DOU inside Tournament in which I will offer my 2ND copy to the WINNER mailed to at my cost...
(The price tag is covered in the top right coner of the box... Did I say that I picked these up cheap??? I ain't telling!!!)
Hopefully this will encourage more Gameplay and Presence on our servers...
P.S. If it turns out well I might pick up a third copy...

Yeah, Epic is good about getting Mac versions of their games out.
But you're right, it is a PC version. If I got the PC version I would "bend" the rules just a bit. I would download the Mac version from a warez site and then apply the PC serial number to it since the Mac and PC serial numbers are interchangeable. Since I would actually have a legit copy of the game, I wouldn't feel guilty about doing so.
I actually did the same thing for Quake 2. Someone gave me a PC disc for it. I installed it on the virtual box and then transfered it over to the Mac partition. Then I ran the Mac 3.20 upgrade which installed a new upgraded Mac executable and bam...the game was good to go on my Mac. (You can apply free patches to the UT99 demo to do this as well, but thats a bit less ethical if you care).
The point is, the PC version would do me just fine.

I think it is GREAT! You know what? I will add something to the pot.
I now have my 5.1 surround headset and I really do not need my Logitech anymore. I could put it in a box, but I would rather someone else get some use out of them.
wire. While the sound quality was not up to my standards (and I am picky due to being in the radio DJ buisness), they would no doubt sound better than a $10 set. The earpieces are comfortable and good for long sessions in game. I paid $50 for these at Best Buy, and used them rarely.
I will do the same as GZ and send them out free of charge to the winner of the game.
It seems that it's getting more and more interesting...
