Minutes of the Meeting February 4, 2006

1. Pending Recruits:

Only one right is Turkey. He has been a big help with our servers, and a big thanks for hooking us up with a UT 2004 server! There are no problems with Turkey.

2. UT 2k4 Server

Turkey is busy with doing a mass migration, so we aren't going to bother him with it right now. But the server will be a camping server, like our UT99 one. There will be spawn protection, a new rifle, and Moon is making skins. There will also be no vehicles in it.

3. Omega and Alpha Teams with the Ladder Matches

Next sniper ladder we want an Alpha and an Omega team. Best players on Alpha and anyone else who want to play on Omega. Some concerns are that not enough people will show up for the ladder matches. Maybe in the future we will also have a Beta the team for the players that surpass the Omega team, but not quiet good enough for the Alpha team. But the Omega team will help bring up skills up for the players and get more people involved.

The next ladder tourney will be under different management and will most likely have more terms involved. They should of gotten some of the bugs out to it should be better. Also, if the other team asks if you can do 6 vs. 6 or more, say no, only 5 vs. 5. If one of our players has a problem and had to leave then an alternant can jump in, if we are using all six then we will not have this option.

4. Quake Ladder

Tommy is starting a Quake 2 LOX Ladder. It will be 3 vs. 3 Team Death Match, and about 6 to 8 teams. It will be a 3 month ladder and he would like an Alpha and Omega team if possible. If you want in on this see Tommy.

5. Members Resigning

There was a general discussion about Bison, Xerxes, and Tiger Eye leaving. But over all, our future looks good.
