A few weeks ago we had a meeting in IRC to figure out what needs to be figured out with regard to future events. I was a bit lax in getting this prepared but it is finally done. This is the gist of what we discussed and what was decided. This is very brief, we should discuss this further now and get into greater detail.
Discussed: Finding 4-6 maps to practice on
Decided: ewok, fbi-lookinyoureyes, dark city, in the shadows. These are just suggestions and we should try to find a few more.
Discussed: Server Settings
Decided: Disallow spectators and do server side demo recording instead, possibility of installing nbsp too, turn team mode on for matches only, dis-allow friendly fire, 30 minute maps, 50 frag limit, relics off for match, translocator on, possibility or revenge killing,
Discussed: Basic Rules
Decided: server side demo recording will be on so if someone makes a complaint we keep playing and look at the demos and logs later. No such thing as spawn killing, more your ass or lose. OK to shoot a feigner, no chasing spawners, no excessive running/translocating, running bad, hunting ok

We can discuss the above for a short bit and then maybe plan a strategy meeting and then take in some practice time.
