We need to have a few practices before we can even entertain the idea of challanging another clan for battle.
There are several things that need to be worked out about this.
First and foremost, I think a practice on a Sunday afternoon would be best so we can get Moon involved in it. Anyone have a problem with that? It's only Tuesday now, so maybe we could schedule something for this coming Sunday?
Next, I think it is important that those who will be attending the practice get on board with IRC. We will need to discuss certian things in real time with the group. So those of you still not on-board, let us know and we will get you up to speed. Remember, we have the web-based java client installed, so it is fairly easy to do. Depending on the number of people around, skype ( http://www.skype.com ) is also a possibility.
We don't need to be fully organized for our first practice too, we can use that to find out what else we need to do. Thats a kind way of saying that even a cluster-fuck can be a positive learning experience, lol.
So post if you can attend Sunday, maybe around 2-3pm EST...how does that sound?

Remember, we are just feeling this out...so if someone has a better time/date, throw it out.
My only concern is with it being earlier in the day so Moon can play. So I figured weekends would be best. Saturday is also fine with me.

Also (for everyone), we do have to be aware of the fact that we may never find the perfect time/day for everyone, we will just do the best we can.

About a practice time, the best for me is when Tommy said first. If you play around 5 PM for you, it's 11 PM for me so it's ok.
Every week end (when springs comes) I go to a friends house in Britany because we have a boat and go fishing almost every Saturday. Then, I sleep there and come back to my home about 9 PM on Sunday.
I didn't uderstand wich IRC you talked about Tommy !? I thought it could not be mIRC because it's nor free anymore ?!...
Am I right about those things ?
Otherwise, we need to train on some maps we have to know very well but that's what we must chat about before.
Wich maps, secrets or not inside, big or not so, dark or not, currently found on other servers (to compare with other clans) or rare maps they should not be supposed to know to be sure win have a better chance...

I get her every other weekend. We have 50/50 custody and placement.
when ever we get it started ill try my hardest to get in the practice but this weekend im goin to Oaklahoma City for a soccer tournament.it would be hard to because im still in school but ill try to make at the time given

Yeah, mirc is NOT irc, it's just a client used to connect to the irc network. There are plenty of others. Ice Chat is one that Plumber and Shortie use.
For now, I suggest you use the web-based java client on the website to get to irc. Go to our home page and click on the chat link. Enter in your nickname and hit enter. Be patient as it takes awhile for it to connect to the server (java is very slow). Once you connect it will be ok though.

This last Sunday seemed to be bad for a lot of people...so lets set up something official...this coming Sunday at 5pm Eastern US time.
Do not worry if you can't make it, this is just our first meeting and we will be playing a bit but mostly discussing how to set everything up for the future. But I do think that it is time we start planning for some matches.
So, for all those who can attend, lets plan on meeting in IRC at 5pm ET this coming Sunday. Anyone who still has a problem with IRC shout it out.
