We are gonna have a UT99 Uzi Tournament on Saturday, May 30th starting around noon EST. I am still setting it up but to gauge interest I'd like those in DOU who will be playing to sign up now, please. The tournament tracking will be done on a 3rd party site, but it is a lot easier to use than Fragged Nation. Here is the link:
I'll have an official signup along with rules, maps, servers, other info, etc., very soon, but most of you know what the Uzi server is all about and how this will go.
Remember, this is a tournament, not a ladder. The style is single elimination, so the first time you lose you are done with the tournament. If you think you would not do so well, don't worry about it, just show up and get yourself eliminated in the first round while having fun and showing your support for clan {DOU}.
More info will follow very soon as I get this setup further (a lot has been done already). This will go public very soon. I hope for at least 10 DOU members to be in this and 100 people in total. I think this is very doable. Maybe even more if we get the word out there.

Well heres my issue I built my comp finally and I'm running win 8.1 and I cant fix the brightness and its Not full scale to my monitor and if I could find a solution it'd be great ill be home around 11 pm tonight
I am afraid, that golden times, when for hours on end I played on the server, already passed. The spate of duties deprived me of many pleasures of the life. It is hard for me to find the free time even for playing one game. So, guys, I'm sorry, but this time without me. Good luck! 😥
The good part about this is that I'm still alive and find this Tourny interesting. The down side is that I will be on the road making my way home on that date. A little advice to those coming up for retirement. Its not that easy and it gets real busy when you have a new grandboy to teach the dark side of life. Best of luck Tommy and all.

I was working then. Try stopping in Saturday or Sunday morning or Tuesday or Wednesday night. Those are 4 chances to fix this before the event a week from Saturday.
