So from what I understand I have been banned because of a members poll due to the suspicion that I cheat. I do not cheat and never have. I have played this game for many years and like to think I am a decent player, but cheat I do not. I would like to appeal this ban because of my innocence but also want to make sure that there aren't any other reasons for my ban, so I can address those as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I will put up a poll for the clan to decide if we’re willing to unban you.
The poll runs untill December 3th.
If the appeal is not to our satisfaction the ban stays permanent.
If the appeal is successful the permanent ban will be cleared after 30days, starting from the moment the appeal was voted for.
After we got the results of the poll you will be notified of the outcome.

Are you referring to my post in the ban thread or a previous appeal to another ban? Because I have not had to appeal another ban since this is the first? Sorry if I'm reading that completely wrong.

Just to introduce myself a little more, I'm [TA]limeZ.
Limez is a good player and certainly isn't a cheater, i'm a little confused by this ban as there doesn't appear to be a reason for it besides it was voted in.
I understand you guys don't need one but I always thought with any ban there was something that made it happen and it wouldn't be for something silly like he's winning by to much so he must be cheating.
Never heard of the name [TA]Limes, so that means nothing to us. Credibillity and respect is something a player has to earn on our server and shouldn’t be handed out by his friends.
We certainly do not need a reason to ban someone, but we wont do such a thing lighthearted. There are numerous security posts on loque from members who thought his scores were suspicious to say the least.
Also guestplayers have made complaints about him and told us his gameplay was very questionable. His scores in game need to have some form of credibillity and logic. We cant alow just one player chasing away our regular guestplayers from the server. You cant keep winning map after map when we have the best players on the server around at times. Winning game after game against certain players on our server is against all odds.There’s also a lack of consistency in Loque's gameplay. If you’re winning from the best why do we see you loose from much worser players from time to time? Do not concider this a question, its an observation.
If he aint cheating, he sure isnt camping in the way it should be done on DOU. We are a hardcore camping server, which alows just very little movement. There are rare occasions that we dont need proof of a cheat to ban someone. Sometimes its the same thing as asking a player to proof that he isnt cheating.
The poll to unban him runs till next week, December 3th. By then we will know the results of the poll and the outcome of the votes as done by our members. These results will be final and they cant be discussed or argued about.
Couldn't allot of these concerns be put to rest by just watching a few demo's. Just seems a bit pre-mature to me. Ban first ask questions later mentality you think would just chase people away from your server. Well the good players anyway.
I play on your server sometimes and the games are really close, but sometimes I kill the 1 guys that standing up in the middle of the map 20 times and win by 20 frags. A demo could cleary show how someone might run up a bunch of frags, just takes a few noobs in a server and the right position and boom, easy kills to 30.
Anyway, games old. I hate seeing anyone banned from any server. Its already slim pickens looking for numbers on servers for this style of play.
Also, isn't this the complaint discussion thread? Isn't this where people can express there concerns Natan even if you don't agree?

I guess this could be the case in some situations, but it will never happen 6 maps in a row....

Thats excactly what we're doing now, discussing this ban, but when the poll has run out the discussion will be over.
I never said I did agree or disagree with his ban. I'm just taking part in the discussion and I'm stating my opinion.
Limez is a really good player, we play against him in FN and rumbles which are closely watched if anything suspicious was suspected, I personally don't think he has been using cheats. I record demos when I play matches and nothing has ever been brought up against him, he just seems to have good map knowledge which would explain him getting top frags in a populated server.

Don't misunderstand me, please.
I do not dispute the skills Loque. I controvert compliance with the rules of the game by Loque. And I see, that he is defended only by those who have been breaking the rules in the past.
I can still express my opinion even though I'm not able to play on your server... It doesnt prevent me from functioning even though this might be hard to believe.
