Sorry, no packer fan here :herestoyou:
Well, don't be sorry...I'm not...
It was just a guess based on your whereabouts...

Of whom you are a fan?
Indiana Pink Squirrels..?
Haha the pic is an inside joke.
My Vikings will win someday. Adrian Peterson is a beast, not a p*ssy. But I can't say the same for Percy Harvin and Christian Ponder... Harvin would rather get paid than win. Ponder would rather get laid than win.
Back on subject. Do you guys really think Loque is using a radar? There are no public hacks that can bypass your version of ACE. It would take a private party committed to wasting time on developing a cheat for a 15 year old game.
But, that being said, it's your clan's server and your clan decides who is allowed to enter. There doesn't need to be a reason to ban. I'm just wondering if most of you realize how difficult it would be to cheat on an ACE server right now.

'Having no proof' has never been acceptable, not in UT, not in US law, nowhere. Just my 2c.
If you don't like him being on the server for just 'being too good' and making players leave, then don't use the excuse of him 'accusing to be a cheater'.
I also find it odd that the reason for the ban is "suspicious scores". Apparently no one has seen him breaking the rules, so this doesn't seem right in my opinion. The only argument to keep him banned is because you think he's not playing correctly and he might be cheating.
Doesn't he deserve a chance to prove himself to everyone? I don't understand why nobody spectated him before banning him.

He has been spectated many times before deciding to banishing him.
My personal view:
I don't like play against cheaters, gods and devils.
I love to play against highly skilled players, who follow rules and don't try to humiliate the opponent.
If he has been spectated so many times, why can no one state a rule that he has broken?

Too much movement. Changing spots every two minutes etc...
He has been warned for it, so there's no need to continue his gameplay on this server. He will do fine on a freestyle server or one where more movement is allowed.
That makes sense. That's what I was confused about, because it seemed like there wasn't a reason. But now I know. :loco:

Dear Viking
This is not a Court, so we do not need to do a trial to judge if a player is guilty or innocent. We only analyze if a player can play in our server, or if he must not be admitted, based in what we watch every day when we play or police our server.
This is our server. We pay the bill and we put the rules.
Guests who want to play into our rules are welcome here.
Those players who want to impose a different style of game and opposite to our style, bother all us and do uncomfortably our server for those that frequent it.
Therefore there is no ONE reason, or A broken rule, for ban a player, there are many reasons, and they are all valid in our gamestyle.
And finally, since this is not a Court, we do not need a proof to decide a ban. It is our prerogative.
