Hey Dou, this is [TA]Ghost. I have been banned on your server sometimes ago with IMO was a bit hasty especially for a permanent ban as it was for spawnkilling a player by backing up that was actually continually trying to spawnkill me while running at me. I trolled your forum here and don't see any mention of my name or as to why I was permantley banned.
So many moons ago I went back on your server as [TA]Ghost ( I had different pc so it didn't pick up bann I guess) and not even 3 mins in BOOM banned, again, nothing said just done and nothing in forums.
So some more time past like a year or something lol and I never got back on your server again and then I changed ISP's. This obviously made it possible for me to play on your server again so I did but not under [TA]Ghost, usually it was UltimateWarrior because I did enjoy playing there and wanted to avoid getting banned again and trying to come here again as I have in the past which never went anywhere really.
So a year past, all was well, never banned, always followed rules even when others weren't. Then yesterday, I thought to myself. Well they must of checked me out and knew who I was, I'll try and go in as [TA]Ghost again. BOOM BANNED, LOL.
Soooooo, my question obviously is with such little on the forum about me being banned why does it keep happening? Is it the tag? I really do make a great effort to follow rules and though I know in the past there was some borderline incidents where I might of lost my cool and played more on the edge as others destroyed the rules (doesn't make it right I know but sometimes people got the better of me) I feel now in my old age (40)
those days are gone.
Perhaps a chance to redeem myself, :D.

It was me who banned you yesterday when I saw you entering the server. It’s nothing personal, but as you are still on our KOS list (KickOnSight) and on the permanent ban list, I just did what any admin should have done.
I respect the way you come to the forum to talk about your ban, but that is just my opinion and others may disagree. I like to give you a chance to apeal to your ban. I see you are honest in telling us you did play under another IP on our server.
We have a permanent ban list on the server and your name is still on it as you can see here:

Bans are permanent, but with an appeal process. I will consider this letter of you as an appeal to the ban. Now this is the procedure:
I will set up a thread in the members only section of the forum with a link to this topic, so all can read your letter. A voting poll will be activated to let the members decide if the clan will give you a chance to proof that you have changed in the way you play.
The outcome of the vote will be defenitive for a while again. Please be patient, because I will start the poll today and it will last for one week.
I will send you a message of the results of the poll by next Wednesday.
