Check, who played on Tuesday 20 August 2013 using your IP. If it wasn't you, somebody "did the favour for you". 😕

First, that is an inappropriate nickname in our server. But mainly, there were during two or three days some complaints about your gamestyle: Rulebreaking. Assault and close killing.

You are right about the name, that was me playing. We were on TS and playing on our own server at first, the funny thing was that all the names looked alike. So while getting shot or shoot someone, it was hard to see in the heat of the game that who you actually shot. Just having fun and meaning no harm. We went over to DOU and believe me, I've been around UT99 for a long time and I'm not a free-styler. I usually camp and sometimes move to get a kill or to go to my favorite spot in a map, but that's about it. Close killing is hard to do on your server, since the MOD is taking care of that. Assault?? I don't recall doing that, but if I did, then I do apologize for doing so.

There has been issues between our clans in the past and I thought that was left behind. I talked to Nuker on TS about me being banned or kicked. There seems to be a negative opinion about FUN as a clan. I think that both of us are trying to keep UT99 alive. We have an open TS3 and you are always welcome to join us there and discuss any problems if there are. I'll make a post about this in our forum also and I hope we just get along.

I'm a big boy and I can handle any punishment you give. Just for me to know, is this ban permanent or temporary?

Normally a ban is permanent, but if you do an appeal, or give explanations or apologies the clan members could vote lift the ban after a period of time. For example a month.

We need to know other members opinion...

If the appeal is successful the permanent ban will be cleared after 30days, starting from the moment the appeal was voted for.

I asking you all to reconsider my ban. I've never been kicked before form your server or actually any server. I do play UT for a long time and has been playing for years on your server, without any problems.
