They gave you guys plenty of opportunity to complain and list your problems with DOU... And you guys did. The thread was even left in place for three days. Most of it was pointless to begin with and almost comical at times. Let it go already. As near as I can tell, when DOU is confronted with a problem, it gets dealt with. Lovely was a problem and got dealt with. I understand why you had a problem with her. I have been present when she pulled her shit and she got what she deserved.

Yes, we do live in the USA and everyone has a right to free speech but guess what? These forums, as in any forums bought and paid for, are exempt from any law governed by this nation with the exception of laws that protect against acts that risk injuring people and assets. This clan pays a lot of money for the servers and forums and they are allowed to select who gets to use them and who doesn't. Obviously, the racist views that you folks hold are not shared by anyone and, to be honest, I don't know anyone who does. Obviously DOU doesn't want you here and you've already provided enough proof of cyber-bullying/stalking to void the end-user agreement you have with your ISP.

This clan, or any clan, doesn't ever have to play fair. They don't need a cheat log or proof of any wrong doing to ban someone. That comes with their right to refuse service to anyone by paying for what they have. The truth is you boys will never be taken seriously by any clan because one of you has been popped with a legit hook which violated the Digital Millennium Act and yes that person did break the law as stated in the DMA. This 'No Shadows' hack you guys are ranting on about isn't really a hack considering that it is just a command typed into the game console. Although the UT sniper community may frown on it, it is basically not even thought twice about in the rest of the UT community.

In conclusion, there are a 1000 other servers out there that would fit your style of play. If you can't find such a server then create your own. Anymore, a UT99 server is dirt-cheap and they are easy to set-up. I'd even make the rifle for you if it meant that you would leave these people alone.

The damn thing is a double-edged sword. Sure you can see everything but, since you can't see shadows, you can't find cover for yourself either. Besides, the only map it actually gives a player an edge is that damn lostcanyon map that is pitch black. Me, being a freestyle player, I could care less about the hack because it isn't going to give you an advantage where I play anyways.

We have our servers in the same datacenter. Who gives a fuck. I can also tell you 3 or more other clans that rent from the same provider for the same reason we do. They provide a great product and a great price.
