its been months from now that im trying to ignore this guy, but, since DOU tag is something i do respect, im posting this because today i was called an ASSHOLE with capital letters by this recruit balony.
I was playing a back to the future theme map (not sure about the name) when i went across a sqirl wich conduced me to a place were i was killed by balony who shoot at me on back while i was leaving the spot, since it was busy, after that i was killed several times (3 or 4 at least) and then i tried again same sqirl (as is considered to be ok according to server rules) after taking a deemer, when i cross that sqirl again, i found balony in front of me, so i shoot the deemer over him wich was called by him as an assault.
I shoot because i know from previous experience he wouldnt let me go alive, actually he has done that a lot to me while laughing and telling he just dislike me and thats enough for him to dont let me leave a spot.
This is the first time he does this as a recruit, but before the recruit tag he acctually likes doing the same thing he complained about today, entering a busy spot and trowing a deemer over player (me in this case).
before that map, we were playing monopoly map, where i killed balony by long distance shooting and camping, next move he did was found a deemer and fly it to kill me wich could be considered as a revenge as i´ve read on some posts, that is typical balony´s move at least while playing against me.
I´ve been asked by abberattion to not move even if i crouch while balony is allowed to transloc from one spot to another, being his regular type of playing.
Some things balony liked to do as guest were assaulting, or taking enough distance from my spot to kill me after i let him go without no shooting.
I can say the guy is skilled player, but lamest person i´ve ever meet on this server.
This guys is different person when DOU members are watching than when no admin is around, someday any admin could log on server with guest name to see what i mean..
i know you own this server, so i just want you to know because balony´s behavior as a guest will only get worse as a DOU member.

And the biggest thing is most of us KNOW that your =&. A KICK ON SITE PLAYER.
Dont act like your innocent with balony either. I've seen you egging him on many times. Im not saying he couldn't handle things better because he could but you both go out of your way to be like that to each other and you have since way back.

Well, this new to me, well i remember grubb told me about that some months ago, but i dont understand what is this all about, have you ever have a breaking rules trobule with me? i mean zjones. i see that is the only balony´s argument against me (zjones), that i´m a kicked player, but have no other than that, i mean my behavior while playing on server.
I understand is not a good a thing to deal this things on server while playing and that is why im posting this, i see i made a mistake arguing with him, but believe me i am not the one who types me: OUCH, OW or LOL any time he kills me with a deemer or whatever it takes, isnt that egging?. Uh yea I've told you MANY times to follow rules and I have even kicked you in the past. So dont feed me a line of bullshit that you never do anything wrong. And we know damn well your =&. IP location doesn't lie and the fact that you repeatedly play the same maps over and over proves it even further.

As i read this balony is allowed to annoy me because you belive im a previously kicked player but, you have no concrete issues with me: zjones, i see so cloudy sky here, lets talk about zjones breaking the rules please, i dont know about ip or whatever but server rules and this nickname im playing and posting with.
How a complain about a breaking rules player (balony) turned into this? srry if he is your friend, but it was so unexpected from a recruuit tag being called an asshole.

I had seen you all over the map and when you came through there i did shoot you when i seen you. You were back to the same spot within 10-15 secs looked right at me and killed me with deemer, not "fly over" me. When i told you "nice assault" you start lipping off and then yes i did call you an asshole( which you are). You were before i recruited and nothing has changed. You know if i respected you i probably wouldnt fly a deemer to kill you as you stated in the Monopoly map. BTW thats not revenge.
Speaking of that map when i first joined the game the monopoly map was already started. I went to the cereal box to my usual spot you were there correct? I was within 20 ft of you and never shot at you although bullets were flying at me from you when i was leaving, how soon you forget.
Admins do get on the server and you cant see them so how would i know when to act up and when to play fair?

10 or 15 secs? you have to be kidding me, i died like 4 times, the thing you say about cereal a box: TOTAL LIE, please check the log for today, i had to reconnect because of java crash mi pc, its on the log that i rejoined and it was just when you joined, so if there were bullets could not came from me, wich is a thing you always do, you totally right when you say you sellect people to be cool with, thats the reason of this post.
Im not asking for you to like me, i dont do either, but i dont annoy you when playing thinking is so fun, im just asking to respect me as i respect you when we both playing same map, thats all, how old are you? come on, this server is full of cool people, members and guests, but you are unveliavable, i understand if not possible, i just tried to follow the way that server rules call.
Even if invisible, admins are listed on map console i dont think you dont knew that, it could be a diferent way if they play the map, with any guest name to see what you like to play against me, and what you like to type, always running to get the deemer, remeber last time we meet at SPG living room? the many times you died tryin to get deemers on secret? even having as poor skills as i have.
I see this is a lot of work for people who own this server and that is why i´d preffer to ignore you but you insist on making it so hard.

Zjones:
It a good thing to come to our forum if you have a complaint about one of our recruits. We will always try to solve problems with recruits in a correct matter. Translocating is allowed when you spawn and need to find a camping spot in a matter of seconds. Also its allowed to transloc to another spot when it is obvlious that a player that you just killed saw you in your spot. You dont want to be a sitting duck and wait to get killed because you cover has been blown.
The same goes for the use of the redeemer in your story. Balony knew where you where and got a redeemer to blow you out of your spot. I know he does that, I dont like it either when it happens, but it is not against the rules. Not only Balony does it but it is done by a lot of players. Again, I dont like to get blown away by a deemer either, but it is all within the server rules. Therefore it is allowed to search for a new spot when your spot is discovered by an other player. A deemer should only be used however from a far distance and not to be used at a close kill range as you did, so I make out of your reply.
Another thing is that you drawn some bad attentention to yourself in the past by not following the server rules. Even if it was under another name it will always be held against you and be kept in our minds. But thats not what this complaint made by you is all about, so I will leave it with that.
Abberation:
Abberation isn’t a friend of Balony in the way you have stated, but is his sponsor. He guides Balony througout the recruitment process and is responsible for the actions taken by his recruit. He stands up for his recruit as a sponsor should need to. Ofcourse again within the server rules.
Balony:
Being a recruit does mean you must not alow yourself to get involved into this kind of situations. It is not the way discussions with guests are being solved. Keep away from name calling. You’re not alowed to get into this kind of arguments. If you do get involved its up to your sponsor to handle this. I would recoment you to stop calling names at guests and bite your lip if you have to. Discipline is one of the of the things that your recruitment period is all about. Also typing things as ‘OUCH, OW, LOL etcetera when a player has been shot can be very anoing and should NOT be the reply of a recruit.

Zjones and =&'s ips come back to Villahermosa. Villahermosa has a population of over 600,000 so no matter what anyone thinks it cannot be proven they are one and the same w/o an admission. And checking back over our records I can find only one report of zjones getting into trouble.
In any case both zjones and balony need to follow Natan's advice.
Natan I wholeheartdly agree with everything you said, i should have bit my lip. This isnt the first time he has made accusations of me doing this or that..the majority of things i have done to him in the past are within the rules he just doesnt like it. shooting him instead of letting him go isn't against the rules, most people i would let go in that circumstance but i dont like him so he dies. common courtesy yes i should let him go.
The deemer thing is well within the rules. Contrary to popular belief i dont care for deemers either but it is part of the server.

Thank you Cyg, what zjones was saying was I asked him on vent, many months ago if he has ever played as "=&". As =& and I go way back when I played in the Danish Sniper Server, Zjones response was "No he is not =& " he sounded sincere to me, and I dropped it.
