I never intended to have a problem with you at all. When I came through the tele I noticed you were in the corner. (after I left my trans) I went to go back through the tele and was hit by a shot. And it had to be yours because i couldn't have taken any shots from anywhere else. being the tele behind a wall. So I take in the consideration that you were shooting me when I was leaving. I know I heard shooting, If you were giving a signal for me to leave, I understand but the shot hit me. Now I've played a lot and I've been shot in the back many times while leaving a spot. So now If I take shots while leaveing I take the right of shooting back. It's legal in camping.

About the skins part, I didn't bring that idea up for the first part. Someone else did, I never said that I was talking about your skins, or the part that your are representing your clan in that way. To me the dark skins are useless to me, the way i see it as it's not helping you much at all. I've been playing long enough that i know maps well enough to pick out things in maps that don't belong. I have very good eye sight that allows me to pick out the darkest skin you could possibly have and be sitting in the darkest corner. That's just a benefit for me in gaming. Also when I said It's not helping you out much at all is that say you are playing match, you can't use that skin. Then you go to a usual spot that you would take to blend in with your skin, well if you don't have that skin, you don't blend in at all, it makes you stand out a lot more. But no I never meant to offend you by your skin or your clan name bearing it. Nor did I even mean you by using it. I just stated that they are somewhat useless for camping. And I understand people as of you guys use them to advertise your clan. I apologize if you thought I was talking about you.

Well i can grantee you that I am not a cheater. Though I have been called one many times. I have worked hard and for hours to be this good not to be called a cheater.

Really I never said anything about your clan skins, of E's skin. Or to down on your clan. I was just stating my opinion on dark skins. Yes I have developed a jerk attitude in ways. Mainly because I've been called many things before. The kicking part was immediately after I had just gone godlike within 10 mins of the map. I've been banned from servers for accused of cheating before when I have pulled something off like that. That's why I really wanted to know why I was kicked. Not saying that you guys accused the cheating part at all just that's what I had taken into consideration.

Lol I never said a dark skin was a cheat. And the assassin skins are easier to see than a few of your skins. The assassin skin has actual color stripes that make them more visible. If I can think right that your guest skins are almost pure black with a target on the bottom of them. And when you can't see the bottom of the players they are almost solid black.

We stopped allowing players to "Drop Trans" because the majority of them used it as a way to be more aggressive and hunt. In general we felt it encouraged a more R&G style of play that we don't want here. It is posted in our server rules.

Yea I agree with you, some people may have taken it as an insult. In no way did I mean it that way. I'm the kind of person that likes to have fun with people. But when things happen I turn loose. The nickname part, I have many nicknames that I use because people complain about how good I am, and often accuse me of cheating. Anybody that knows me or my playing style would joke around with me the same way. But I do understand you on people taking it the wrong way. I shouldn't have said that in public. Nowadays I don't play and don't try to make new friends in UT because that gets me involved in more. The friends I have noways in UT are the only one's I need. I only play every now and then, not to get serious about it like i have before. Now I am giving what I have been taught to teach others that want to be better.

I'm not sure what impression you have of our clan but I can promise you a one thing, we don't take ourselves or this game that seriuosly. We don't even recruit based on skill level, just compatibility. We take in beginers all the time. True, we get irritated when people don't follow the rules but it's irritating when after the 7th time you've told someone not to revenge or assault they continue to do it (and no, that's not meant as a jab at you). This ruins not only our fun but the fun of those who come here for a camping style game. The main reason we all come here is to unwind and have fun. So if you've come looking for a place to relax, have fun, and not take things so serious this is the place. Just try to observe the server rules, they are there to level the playing field and give beginners a fighting chance against more experienced players like yourself and above all keep things fun.

You sound like a reasonable person to me. Try a different approach next time and see if you don't get a different, better, result. If you come in making remarks that make your fellow snipers feel as though you are talking them down, don't be surprised to get the same result.

I don't have a bad impression of your clan. Never have and probably never will. You guys have gotten a lot farther with a something like this than previous one's have. And I appreciate that. I respect the fact that you guys come and play for fun. I'm all for that. And I don't have a problem with people that aren't that good at the game. And I like to take people like that and try to make them better if they really want it. I have trained more people in this game than I can count. (From transing around, to becoming one of the better players in the game.) And I know how you feel about people ruining that game. But what can make a game funner is being to beat those irritating people that won't follow rules buy shooting them down when they try stunts like that.

And I like the idea about the leveling the playing field from the better players to the not so good players. I remember when I was new to this game, I hated being obliterated by the better people. But I made that my goal to become better and become a smarter player and eventually be able to beat those players or become an even match with those players.

You are a very reasonable person also, I really appreciate you. And I follow you on a different approach in a situation of this game. Some days I haven't had the best day at school or something to throw me off my usual self during the day. Then I come home and just take it out on UT. And that day just wasn't my day and I did take things different than I would have if I were having a joyful pleasant day. If I were having a better day that day I probably would have apologized and kept on with my own business. Thanks mAmA

I'll take that into consideration next time I go into your server and I'll not do it anymore. If I had known that rule I wouldn't have left my trans and this may not have happened.

Okay War!or. You seem to be a reasonable guy. I think that all we ask is that you don't accuse or members of leaving the server to get "hax" and if you have an issue on the server, not just with our members, but with anyone, feel free to come here and tell us about it. As you can see, we can look into the logs to see exactly what was said. As for who kicked you, I do not know that answer. BUT by accusing a clan member of getting "hax", I can totally understand why you were kicked. That is not very respectful to us. While not in our general rules section, it is not wise to misrepresent the owners of the server. To my knowledge, not a single person in this clan uses cheats or hacks. If one was discovered, then they would be banned from our servers, forums, and our clan.

I invite you to join us on our Ventrilo. You will get to know us better, and maybe you can help me in my game play 8)

Alright I do understand what you mean by people using it to be more aggressive. I didn't know you guys had a rule against that in your server. If I were to tell you that I've never had a bad day and brought it home with me I'd be a liar :lol:. I'm glad you chose to come to the forum and resolve this instead of leaving mad and never comming back. A lot of the heated arguments we have on our server are really just missunderstandings. The play in-game can sometimes be fast and force people to make choices even faster. It's easy to make a bad choice. I've done it plenty. You are welcome here any time.
