SIN banned player.

I haden't any problem with Cyberdyne before but the [TA]Cyberdyne I banned had an IP like everybody has so :

1/ Two cases are possible : the real [TA]Cyberdyne can play on our server because his IP is not the one I banned.

2/ The real [TA]Cyberdyne can't play on the server anymore : his IP is the one I banned !! that's it !

Nevertheless I'll deeper check my archives to sort out any doubt.

Here is an important thing (for cyberdyne ! 😉 )

I checked my archives and it apprears that the cyberdyne I banned WAS NOT THE REAL ONE

So, the true [TA]cyberdyne will be able to go on playing on the server because it's not his IP that has been banned.

Sorry if all that stuff has scared you cyberdyne 😉 but we have to wipe the server from numerous cheaters that try to spoil the games since a few. And sorry one of them took your name to play !!! 😀

for one he did use my name and my tags and 2 my ip is not 75.74.152.182 its 67.219.88.214 and their is no way he can kill me through a wall and i dont use cheats never had and never will whats the whole point of playin if i use cheats not fun at all i like the challenge im just sayin the probs you all had with him hes still doin it and why would i get kicked i always play on this server and dont never have probs untill sin plays on it check again my ip dont change i dont have random ip just to let you know i hope it all gets fixed i like playin on this server and everybody on it except sin thnx.

Just so you know, Cyberdyne, The cheater was ripping off SIN's name too.

And he's been doing it to a few others as well so if a player suddenly starts cheating, please inform an admin or post it here but keep in mind it may not be who you think it is.

We have people who can sort it out.

I would agree the player we are seeing is not SIN. I played SIN many times on the TKK freestyle server, he is a good freestyle player and I never remember a time I thought he was cheating there. He's good enough that he dosn't need to.

In a related story, I posted yeaterday in our security area about a run in I had with a [TA]cyberdyne imposter. I'll recap here since some of you don't have the clearance to go there. The player came in with Cyberdyne's name and tag but not his skin. He was clearly running radar. After watching him pick people out of places he could not have known they were in for a bit I kicked him. He came back a minute later. I asked him where his clan skin was. He responded "In my ass". This confirmed that I was not talking to the real cyberdyne. Also he was able to get around my booting him and re-enter the server 4 times just minutes apart.

The point is, right now there are imposters/hackers posing as known players. We should be carefull before we get angry at someone for talking smack because it may not be them

Maybe we should have a security question for everyone whose names have been compromised

SIN is a regular on my servers ever since TKK closed up shop. I've never even had so much as a bad complaint on him. He's always respectful and respectable and raises the skill level of the game simply by joining. As for cyberdyne, the IP Moon gave is the IP I have for him going back 8 months. So, some clarification on who the real cyberdyne is would be a huge help. Thanks guys and talk to yall later.
