So how do i do further?

It's kinda hard the way the game spawns you back close to whoever killed you a lot of the time. If you spawn on a very close building where you can immediately see your killer you should leave. 2-3 meters is pretty close. If it was 10 then I wouldn't worry about it. We just don't want people running up to the person that killed them and shooting them in the face.

Without having watched how this happened I can't really say if you may have seemed far enough or not. What map, were you on the outside of the buildings or both inside looking out windows? If he spawned in a building and then looked out the window and saw you in another building then you may have looked farther away, plus hard to tell who it is inside sometimes, you just shoot at whoever you see. He said you shot first in your screenshot, if so he was defending himself as you would expect.

Occasionally you just shoot whoever you see moving next and it happens to be the same person that killed you. As long as you aren't deliberately chasing them to get revenge then it's ok. Try not to let it happen often when you are 10 feet or closer, try to leave if possible then. Often you can't, too many people shoot at whatever moves, but I try to let people leave if they walk into my spot. We are pretty relaxed on it until we see someone deliberately run back to where they saw their killer and shoot him point blank.

Yeah he came back.. Just the building next to me but what do i know

i only got one version of it.. And of course i shoot as im defending my spot

I want to commend you on coming here to ask this question. That is the correct thing to do.

Just by looking at the screenshots, it is difficult to tell. When I am specing, I give warnings to people to let them know what is considered right versus wrong. We all make mistakes, and if it is not intentional, then no big issue. If the bad behavior continues after the warnings, the kick is issued.

Also, I don't care what tag the player has, whether DOU, DOC, PMS, IDK... whatever. If the rules are being broken blatantly, the offender gets kicked.

What is important here is the intent. I know the map from the screenshot you provided and it is very possible he spawned right back near you. But he also could've come back looking for you. It is difficult for someone in-game to tell if he's been revenged sometimes. Can't tell you how many times I've looked over the shoulder of someone who was accused of something that didn't actually happen.

I have to actually see a player get killed and then purposely go back to where the person who shot him from for me to call it a revenge. So unless I see that, you're fine.

versions of it and its (slightly same) rules among the community..
