It works wonderfully. We have been using it for almost 6 months and have had very few incidents. Most of the time if a player gets a warning with the rules, they follow the rules, ask questions, or leave the server.
One thing try and keep the rules short and sweet, there is a character limit for each line and if you go beyond that you can't read the whole line.

What Motor said is pretty much how it goes. NexGen is the single greatest bit of code ever written for the game of UT99. When it comes to user-friendly, the damn thing pretty much explains itself. The ban control is also much more effective then the stock set-up and even more effective then ASC and usually keeps the cheaters out once you've banned them. If not, you break out the big guns and ban their entire town/city. If you have a proficient coder in the clan, Nexgen is set-up to take plugins for anything your imagination can muster. Good deal. I read about it a while back while looking at ASC stuff. The guy that made ASC is making plugins for nexgen, and helped him with a few things. Looks like it's a pretty good program.

Coding Plug-ins???

Yep, like right now I'm working on coding and incorporating a screenshot function
plugin directly into Nexgen completely seperate from UTDC because UTDC has a
tendency to crash the server more than work and I want to set it up to where
the screenshot is displayed directly in Nexgen without the need of having to
download the screenshot through FTP and then decoding it. It would make life so
much easier. Have a good one.
