Yup, you can be assaulted while flying a deemer. If you werent flying one then she should have left until you launched another one. You are fair game with one of those scuds in your paws.

Yup - you are essentially standing there with your pants down, rocket in hand. All is fair in this situation.

Pita is a girl and pretty reasonable/intellegent. She used to come onto vent regularly back in the day and has been around the server consistantly for a long time. People like that tend to take a bit of interest or what I call "backyard ownership" of our sever. That doubled with an ardent hatred for Deemer Monkeys may have sparked a slight misconception that what she was doing she was entitled to. Yes - you have a deemer she can shoot you while you are driving. Without Deemer - all rules apply.

Talking shit the rest of the map is unecessary. But you did the right thing Tanequil by bringing it to our attention and one of our Admins will touch base with her.

I talked to her. She apologized to me but didn't to Tane as far as I could tell.
