Ok. First choke the chicken. LOL So you take Chicken breast. Butterfly them.(Split flat way without cutting all the way)
Place some sliced mushroom,white cheese,(Any. I like to buy the 5 white cheese shredded mix) And some sliced peperoni. Close chicken.(I use a toothpick)
Pour some white wine in a baking dish.(I like to use Pyrex)
Place chicken in dish. (Optional. Sliced onion in the wine to saute.)
Bake at 450 for about 15-20 minutes. (Varies with oven).
Enjoy with a vegetable melody and or baked potato. and dinner roles.
Then get back to fragging. :gib:

I am a 3rd generation Chef. I spent 6 years as a apprentice as well as 2 years in school. (Hyde Park) But after I lost my own restaurant I quit working in the field. And I got into welding and construction. Then got hurt. So I don't know what I am going to do next.
