Wow, no new recipes in the last 6 months.
I've been thinking about some of the changes I'll need to make when I can eat solid food again. Some things I'l have to do but there is one in particular I want to do. I plan on trying to make at home once or twice a week authentic non-US meals. I've been checking some of this out on the web and much of it sounds like good stuff! So far I've checked out Polish, Greek and Brazilian. I don't like and probably can't do the hot & spicy stuff but I am interested in everything else.
For those of you who are not from the U.S..... What's your favorite your country has to offer?
I will post some chilean and russian recipes for you Cyg.... π

Above I give links to the BIGOS recipe (stewed cabbage) - one of the best polish dish. Bigos tastes best after several days of cooking (of course with breaks), in the winter season (well warmed up) and with a few glasses of vodka. π
Try to prepare, it is easy and tasty

Bison, because you are, like I noticed, a very gentle and sensitive person, I suggest that you reversed the order. At the beginning try to drink a few glasses of vodka, and then be no difference whether you eat BIGOS, or ... ... π³
...something else.
Although, I assure that the dish is very tasty, despite the appearance of.
There are many other delicious dishes typical of Polish cuisine, such as
tripe (FLACZKI),
blood sausage (KASZANKA)
,
and my favourites dumplings (PIEROGI RUSKIE)
